Use NDEP Resources to Help People Choose Healthy Foods This Summer!

Making healthy food choices is a key step to staying healthy. With summer picnics, barbeques, and family reunions coming up, it’s important to remind people to keep their eating habits in shape. Encourage people to choose healthy foods this summer by sharing NDEP’s Tasty Recipes for People with Diabetes and Their Families bilingual recipe booklet, which features delicious, diabetes-friendly recipes including Caribbean Red Snapper (Pargo rojo caribeño), Two Cheese Pizza (Pizza de dos quesos), Avocado Tacos (Tacos de aguacate), and more!
