Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sent this bulletin at 02/04/2013 12:29 PM ESTThe NCHHSTP Atlas has updated data!
The Atlas is an online mapping tool that was launched at the beginning of 2012. You can use the Atlas to develop maps, tables, charts and to see data trends over time for HIV, AIDS, viral hepatitis, STDs, and TB. The current update includes 2010 surveillance data for acute viral hepatitis A, B, and C, as well as 2011 surveillance data for TB and STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, and primary & secondary syphilis). 2011 HIV infection surveillance data will be added next spring in conjunction with the 2011 HIV surveillance report. Check out the Atlas to access these data and see how rates differ across the United States. Please also watch the tutorial video and add the Atlas button to your websites.
For more information about the Atlas, please email NCHHSTPatlas@cdc.gov.
