Description: In this webinar, presenters will address questions about funding a practice facilitation program, including creating a sustainable business plan. They will also discuss approaches for evaluating the outcomes of the work done by facilitators. Questions to be addressed include:
- Ø What are potential funding sources for PF programs? What are some effective strategies for approaching funders?
- Ø What is included in a business plan for a PF program?
- Ø What types of line items should be included in a budget for a PF program?
- Ø What are the various reasons for evaluating PF programs? How are evaluations carried out?
