Population Group: People with Mental Health Problems as Population Group, People with Alcohol Use or Abuse Problems, Older Adults as Population Group, Young Adults as Population Group, Mature Adults as Population Group, People with Substance Use or Abuse Problems as Population Group

Equips clinicians with questions to begin discussions with adult patients about alcohol, illicit drug, and mental health problems, as well as co-occurring disorders. Includes resources for patients who need an evaluation as a result of a positive screen.
