The Fifth Annual Transatlantic Exchange in Oncology reflects an ongoing collaboration between key scientists, clinicians, and researchers from the Institut Gustave Roussy in Villejuif, France and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston, USA (supported by L’Institut Servier). This year’s event brought together a global audience with expertise in medical oncology, translational research, and molecular biology to exchange and discuss insights and new developments in the rapidly evolving area of cancer drug research. The event was held in Boston – at the Jimmy Fund Auditorium at DFCI - on March 27, 2026. Prof Eric Fischer from DFCI gave his insights on the day with this short “Expert Commentary” on the program. Prof Toni Choueiri then provides the Welcome Address. This is followed by 4 videos from the day’s events which reflect the depth and diversity of cancer drug research and collaboration across the Atlantic.
