FDA expands endometrial cancer indication for dostarlimab-gxly with chemotherapy

Dostarlimab-gxly previously was approved with carboplatin and paclitaxel, followed by single-agent dostarlimab-gxly, for primary advanced or recurrent EC that is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H).
