NIMHD Supports Research on Community Interventions Addressing Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic

A new funding opportunity from NIMHD and other NIH Institutes supports research to address the psychosocial, behavioral, and socioeconomic effects of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 among health disparity and other vulnerable populations.

Specifically, funding will support projects that test the impacts of mitigation strategies to prevent COVID-19 transmission and acquisition and that test existing, new, or adapted interventions to address the pandemic’s adverse consequences for health disparity populations.
