Paris

Research Infrastructure Projects Manager (RIPM)

The main scope of the post includes the management of the RD Connect project. Additional responsibilities include representing EURORDIS in several pre-clinical research consortia such as the European Platform for Rare Disease Registries. A few such consortia and networks are described below. Additional responsibilities to represent EURORDIS in similar pre-clinical research networks may be progressively added
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a European or international academic environment, preferably in the non-profit, humanitarian or health sectors.

European and International Public Affairs Specialist

EURORDIS is looking for an experienced public affairs professional who will enable the organisation to increase its influence on EU policies and programmes on behalf of people living with rare diseases in Europe, to promote rare diseases as a priority, in order to improve the situation of patients living with rare diseases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of experience, including some experience with either European institutions or public health policy and institutions

Barcelona

Web Technology Manager

RareConnect.org is an online social network for patients and families to connect with one another to support and share vital experiences on aspects of living with a rare disease as well as for rare disease advocates to connect and work together.  The Web Technology Manager will form part of a team of three Community Managers and a Project Lead and will be responsible for supporting the technical growth and stability of the platform. RareConnect is built on top of a combination of Open and Closed Source software and has ambitions to incorporate further innovative technologies.
