During the U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA) taking place October 19–21, HIV.gov will host Live with Leadership events to learn directly from key HHS and community leaders (Harold Phillips, Kaye Hayes, Leisha McKinley-Beach, Paul Kawata, and Ace Robinson) about current and planned activities to further the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America (EHE) initiative.

September 27 is National Gay Men’s HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a time to call attention to the disproportionate impact of HIV on gay and bisexual men in the United States. Of the estimated 36,400 new HIV infections in the United States in 2018, 67% (24,400) were among gay and bisexual men.
