HRSA Celebrates 30 Years of the Ryan White CARE Act | |
On August 18, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) celebrated the 30th anniversary of the historic legislation that created the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Signed into law on August 18, 1990, the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act created the largest Federal program focused exclusively on providing care and treatment services to people with HIV, which today provides services to more than half a million people each year. | |

Day 4 Recap: 2020 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment | |
Thank you to the nearly 7,500 HIV care and treatment leaders, Health Resources and Services Administration’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and providers, stakeholders, and people with HIV from across the country who virtually participated in the 2020 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment last week. Throughout the four-day National Conference, more than 1,000 presenters convened 290 sessions, 162 poster sessions, and four plenary sessions. | |
