Patient undergoing evaluation for pancreatic mass. Contrast enhanced abdominal CT demonstrate exophytic cyst on the tail of the pancreas compatible with lymphoepithelial cyst. Incidental note was made of multiple enhancing splenic lesions which fill-in over time, compatible with splenic hemangiomata.
