RFA-AI-12-019: Leadership Group for a Clinical Research Network on Antibacterial Resistance (UM1)
NIAID has issued a new request for applications (RFA) to establish a leadership group responsible for a new clinical research network focused on antibacterial resistance. The leadership group will have overall responsibility for designing, prioritizing, implementing, and managing the network's clinical research agenda to address antibacterial resistance-related scientific priorities.
The new RFA is one of several expected from NIAID this year as it works to revamp its existing HIV/AIDS clinical trials networks. Applications for the antibacterial resistance leadership group RFA are due by June 1, 2012. Awards are expected to be made in 2013.
