Healthy Aging Highlights: Information on healthy aging & more from the National Institute on Aging at NIH.

A healthy eating pattern includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods across and within all the food groups: vegetables, fruits, grains, protein foods, dairy products, and oils. Learn about the different food groups and what a “serving” looks like for a variety of foods within each group.
