Fat burning and fatty liver disease

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease builds up harmful fat in the liver. But a small study indicates people with this condition can fight this by walking an hour a day at a brisk pace. At the Cleveland Clinic, John Kirwan saw it in data on 15 people over seven days. The people in the study also were obese and showing signs they could develop diabetes. Losing fat would be good. Kirwan says exercise helped them do it, in their liver and elsewhere:
