New Poster: Clinician Commitment Poster to Patient Prescription Safety – developed in collaboration with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), this poster supports CDC’s Opioid Prescribing Guideline and CMS efforts. The poster will be initially sent to clinicians participating in theTransforming Clinical Practice Initiative - a program designed to support more than 100,000 clinician practices to share, adapt, and further develop their comprehensive quality improvement strategies. The poster helps patients understand both the provider's commitment and the patient's responsibilities when beginning opioid therapy.
