Therapeutic Indication:
CRIXIVAN is indicated in combination with antiretroviral nucleoside analogues for the treatment of HIV-1 infected adults, adolescents, and children 4 years of age and older. In adolescents and children, the benefit of indinavir therapy versus the increased risk of nephrolithiasis should particularly be considered.
