Therapeutic Indication:
Prevention of premature ovulation in patients undergoing a controlled ovarian stimulation, followed by oocyte pick-up and assisted reproductive techniques.
In clinical trials Cetrotide was used with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG), however, limited experience with recombinant FSH suggested similar efficacy.
