EURORDIS Awards 2016

Nomination Process

On 1 September, 2015 the EURORDIS Awards nomination process opened to everyone including representatives of EURORDIS member patient organisations, volunteers, members of the EURORDIS Round Table of Companies, research institutions, medical universities and any other institutions, organisations, companies or individuals sensitive to the rare disease cause.

This is your opportunity to submit a nomination.

The nominees are voted by the EURORDIS Awards Jury composed of the twelve members of the EURORDIS Board of Directors. The members of the EURORDIS Board of Directors are rare disease patient organisation representatives from 9 different countries around Europe.

Distributed on the occasion of the Rare Disease Day in Brussels, the EURORDIS Awards acknowledge the outstanding contributions of patients' advocacy groups, volunteers, scientists, companies, media, and policy makers toward reducing the impact of rare diseases on people's lives.

Nomination Form

Nominations must be submitted in English. The nomination process is open to everyone. You are invited to submit a nomination for any or all of the award categories. NB. only EURORDIS member patient organisations are eligible to receive the EURORDIS Patient Organisation Award.
