The following table lists all of the CPT™ codes from the "Immune Globulins and Vaccines, Toxoids" sections of the American Medical Association's Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) 2006, including those that were deleted in CPT 1997 or later. The table also contains CPT Immunization Administration/Vaccine Product codes that were approved for pre-release beginning July 1, 2006 - to date. Please note that all of the CVX codes are listed here: including those for which there is a corresponding CPT code, and those for which there is no corresponding CPT code.
